Refund policy

At Seek Him Apparel, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If there is an issue with your order, we will do our best to make it right while also protecting our store from misuse of the return system.

Returns

Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition

  • The item must not be damaged or altered

  • Items must be returned with original packaging if possible

We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet these conditions.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, the following items may not be returned:

  • Worn or used clothing

  • Washed items

  • Items damaged after delivery

  • Final sale or clearance items

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund has been approved.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges for defective or incorrect items only. If you received the wrong product or a damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Order Issues

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue.

Abuse of Policy

Seek Him Apparel reserves the right to refuse returns, refunds, or exchanges if we believe the policy is being abused or if excessive returns are detected.
