Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after they are placed. Processing time may be longer during product launches, holidays, vacations, or high order volume.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Times

Estimated shipping times vary depending on your location and shipping carrier.

Typical delivery times are:

  • United States: 3–7 business days after shipment

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather conditions, or other factors outside of our control. For any questions regarding international orders, please contact us.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.

Seek Him Apparel is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us immediately before the order is shipped. 

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Seek Him Apparel is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

If your tracking shows the package as delivered but you did not receive it, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

International Shipping

As of now, we do not support international orders. We are working on trying to get this set up and ready to go very soon though!
